1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7ez77 platform, including all services, games, promotions and features available at https://7ez77.pro (the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 7ez77 ("we", "us" or "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the Platform.

2Eligibility

7ez77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or permanently closed. All eligibility decisions are made at the sole discretion of 7ez77 and are final.

3Account Registration

To access most features of 7ez77, you must register for a free account. During registration you will be required to provide personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, email address and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

• Each player may hold only one registered account on 7ez77 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 7ez77 support immediately.
• Accounts registered with false or unverifiable identity information are subject to immediate suspension. Any balance held will be withheld pending investigation.
• 7ez77 reserves the right to decline any account application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all Platform features.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

7ez77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through verified payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. 7ez77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Withdrawal requests are processed once your account identity has been verified. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the institution.
• 7ez77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which 7ez77 has no control.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

7ez77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms or an outstanding KYC verification requirement. In such cases 7ez77 will communicate with the player via their registered contact details.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7ez77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions in this section. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence on a case-by-case basis.

• The 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit after completing account registration. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and specific conditions are communicated clearly before the bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and cannot be transferred to another player or account. Sharing, selling or trading bonuses is prohibited.
• 7ez77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors or placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and accounts may be suspended.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

7ez77 is committed to providing a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the Platform. Violation may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings and permanent closure.

• All game outcomes on 7ez77 are determined by a certified RNG system. 7ez77 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm or system designed to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, auto-clickers and scripting tools.
• Technical faults or misdisplayed odds resulting in clearly erroneous payouts do not create an obligation on 7ez77 to honour those payouts. 7ez77 will correct such errors and adjust affected balances accordingly.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7ez77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity. 7ez77 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious transactions as required by applicable regulations.
• Creating or using more than one account on 7ez77, whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access or defraud 7ez77 or other players on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit or disrupt the Platform, its software, databases or security systems in any way.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification or any interaction with 7ez77 support or compliance teams.

8Account Suspension and Termination

7ez77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, eligibility violations or submission of false account information.
• Account inactivity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months. 7ez77 will attempt to notify the player before any inactivity-related closure is applied.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification of a player who has notified 7ez77 of a gambling problem or self-excluded from a related platform.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms will have all balances forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming

7ez77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and spend within their means. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set it cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limits may be reduced immediately upon request.
• Time-out: Players may apply a short-term time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out the account is suspended and cannot be used for any gaming activity.

10Intellectual Property

All content on 7ez77 — including site design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, data and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ez77 or its licensors. All rights are reserved. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or reverse-engineered without the express written consent of 7ez77.

Third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi — retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. 7ez77 operates these games under licence agreements and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11Limitation of Liability

13Amendments to These Terms
